General provisions

  1. These rules are developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine and the requirements of the Union of the International Hotel Association.
  2. The hotel administration guarantees guests compliance with all confidentiality rules.
  3. The hotel administration reserves the right to impose a fine on guests for violation of fire safety standards, disobedience to the legal requirements of the administration, and failure to comply with these Rules of Residence.
  4. Guests can leave feedback and suggestions about the hotel in the Complaints and Suggestions Book.

The order of accommodation at the hotel

  1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
    • Arrival time: after 14-00.
    • Check-out time: before 12-00.
  2. If you check out after 12-00 to 18-00, you must additionally pay 50% of the cost of living for one day. After 18-00 – full price.
  3. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  4. Breakfast: 08:30 – 10:30. Restaurant: 08:30 – 23:00. Kitchen orders are accepted until 22:00. Bringing your own food and alcohol to the restaurant is prohibited.
  5. Children under 6 years old without a separate bed stay free of charge.
  6. At the time of check-in, you must provide a document, fill out a registration card, pay the full price and make a security deposit of UAH 1000.
  7. In case of damage to property, the guest will compensate for the cost of the damage.
  8. Check the parking lot upon check-in.
  9. Respect the silence from 22:00 to 08:00.
  10. Guests can visit you from 9:00 to 23:00 – after registering with the administrator.
  11. Follow the fire safety rules.
  12. Close the water taps when leaving the room.
  13. Leave valuables in the room safes.
  14. In the event of property damage, compensation is paid at the established prices.
  15. Report malfunctions to the administration.
  16. Ski and bicycle equipment is stored in specially equipped places, not in the rooms.
  17. Keep the hotel grounds clean.
  18. Cleaning daily or upon request (sign on the door).
  19. On the day of eviction:
    • Return the keys to the reception. Loss – compensation of 250 UAH.
    • Return the pool towel to the reception. The loss is 300 UAH.
  20. There is video surveillance on the territory (except for rooms and toilets).

Refusal to settle, termination of residence

  1. Guests terminate their stay at the end of the paid period.
  2. In case of systematic violation of the rules or damage, the administration has the right to refuse further accommodation.
  3. Refusal to accommodate guests in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication.
It is prohibited to
  1. Smoking is allowed in the hotel premises.
  2. Keeping animals without approval.
  3. Leave unauthorized persons in the room or give them the key.
  4. Store hazardous substances.
  5. Use prohibited electrical appliances.
  6. Rearrange or remove furniture without permission.
  7. Show aggression or harm others.
  8. Damage hotel property.
  9. Check in guests after 23:00 without payment and registration.
  10. Leaving children unattended.
  11. Repair equipment on your own.
  12. Dry mushrooms, berries, etc. in the room.
  13. Disable fire detectors.
  14. Falsely turning on the alarm (fine – UAH 15,000).
  15. Throw garbage out of windows.
  16. Use pyrotechnics without approval.

Payment terms and booking conditions

  1. Reservations can be made online, by phone, email, Instagram, and Facebook.
  2. Booking is a direct contract with the hotel. A letter is sent with details for prepayment.
  3. Prepayment – at least 30% of the total cost.
  4. For group applications (10+ people), please contact zhyva-voda@ukr.net.
  5. Cancellation:
    • Free of charge – 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Less than 30 days – the prepayment is refunded if the room is booked by others.
    • Early check-out – 50% of unused days are refunded if the room is booked by others.
  6. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer according to the price list.
  7. Payment for accommodation is due upon check-in.
  8. Security deposit – 1000 UAH, refundable upon departure.
  9. Early arrival/late check-out – subject to availability, according to the rates.
  10. Violation of the rules is grounds for refusal of further residence.

Rules and requirements for accommodating guests with animals

SPA Hotel “Zhyva Voda” makes sure that the stay of guests and their pets is comfortable and at the same time does not cause any trouble or discomfort to other guests. To this end, we have developed rules for living and relaxing with pets on the territory of the Zhyva Voda Spa Hotel.

1.Pets are allowed at the hotel for 300 UAH per day. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether a pet can stay in the room.

2. When checking into a hotel with pets, the guest is obliged to familiarize himself with the “Conditions of accommodation of guests with animals” and sign, confirming his agreement with these rules.

3. Guests who come to the hotel with pets must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note on all vaccinations of the pet.

4. According to the legislative and regulatory documents of Ukraine, walking medium and large dogs is allowed only in muzzles.

5. Pets are strictly prohibited on the hotel grounds and lawns.

6. The animal shall be walked only in specially designated areas.

7. Feed pets only from the dishes provided for feeding animals. Feeding pets from the dishes belonging to the hotel and designated for the use of guests is strictly prohibited.

8. It is not allowed to leave pets unattended in the hotel room or on the territory of the hotel.

9. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, sauna, playground and other public areas.

10. It is forbidden to wash pets in the shower cubicles of the room, use towels, sheets and other bedding for them, which are designated for the use of guests and belong to the hotel.

11. It is forbidden to comb pets in the hotel room and the lobby of the building.

12. The guest is obliged to ensure that the pet is not present when the room is cleaned by the hotel staff or when the room is being repaired.

13. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with the guest who lives with animals:

– in case of violation of the rules of residence,

– in case of aggressive, inadequate, noisy behavior of the pet.

15. When checking into the hotel with a pet, the guest is obliged to pay for the material damage caused to the hotel in full according to the approved price list in case of damage.
