Infrared sauna

SPA

Warmth at the cellular level

An infrared sauna is a special room in which the human body is exposed to infrared radiation. The structure is made of natural wood so that only natural, beneficial elements are exposed to the person while in it. Thus, in a sauna, phytoncides are released into the air, which kill and inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.

Indications for use:
  • In case of nervous system disorders and urinary tract problems

  • For injuries and sprains, edema

  • For diseases of the ears and throat

  • For menopause relief.

  • For arthritis and adhesions

Recommendations:
  • The total time of the procedure is about 20-30 minutes at a temperature of 50-55 ° C, but in the presence of health problems, the session should be reduced to 5-10 minutes.

  • You should take the procedure while sitting with your legs down and arms stretched along the body - the effectiveness of the infrared rays in this case will be maximized.

  • During the procedure, sweat is released, it must be wiped off, as sweat droplets reflect infrared waves and prevent their penetration into the body.
