Salt room

My mom and I stayed at the "Zhyva Voda" complex for a week. It’s a wonderful place, especially considering the price and quality. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the spa was great — these are the basics. But the highlight of our stay was the people who work there. At the reception, Emilia and Anatoliy were amazing at helping us and creating a wow service experience. In the restaurant, Marichka was a very sweet girl who became almost like a friend. Writing with fresh emotions so I don’t forget. A very nice place that’s definitely worth returning to. The staff is very friendly and caring. The rooms are clean, new, and have everything you need. The infrastructure is excellent — a wonderful place! The restaurant is really spacious, and the hotel grounds are beautiful. Jacuzzi, pool, massage — highly recommend! Everything is available and more than enough. A perfect place for rest and relaxation. Waitress Yuliana gives great recommendations and creates a wonderful atmosphere! We are staying at this hotel and are very satisfied! We traveled for a long time and were quite worried after reading reviews, but everything was fine — once we arrived, everything fell into place. The place is beautiful 😍 and the kids are thrilled with the large pool (for those who have been to pools, the temperature is just right). The family sauna temperature is perfect 👌. The hotel is nice, the food is tasty, prices are reasonable, and the location is great. There are plenty of sights to see if you have a car; if not, there are many excursion options! The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. We were given a room better than the one we had booked. The hotel is cozy, clean, and the staff is friendly and professional. The pool meets all standards. We highly recommend it.

A very beautiful and cozy place. A great location amidst incredible nature! The staff is very friendly. The property has a spa and a sports pool. To use the pool, you need to have your own swim cap or you can buy one at the reception for 100 UAH. There is also a restaurant on the premises with really tasty cuisine. As for the breakfasts, they are quite basic but you won’t leave hungry.

Special thanks for the attention given to the mood and the important occasion with which we arrived at the hotel. Our family celebration — my wife’s birthday — somehow became a shared joy of the hotel. And then, unexpectedly, during dinner in the restaurant, smiling staff presented us with a bottle of playful champagne. A nice touch that added to the overall atmosphere of comfort, attentiveness, and the unique Carpathian hospitality. It was truly a pleasant experience.

We stayed with our children. We liked everything; the staff was friendly. The breakfasts were tasty, the restaurant was nice, and the food was good. The parking lot is spacious and secure. Before lunch, we went on excursions, and from 2:00 PM the spa and sauna opened, so we went to the pool. The staff fulfilled all our requests, including changing bed linen, blankets, pillows, providing a kettle, and washing our clothes. There is a good supermarket nearby. The only downside was that the gym was not working.

Pleasant and friendly staff who respond instantly to even the smallest requests or questions. Delicious, balanced breakfast options served buffet-style. The hotel has a beautiful green area and a large parking lot. The room is equipped with everything you need. The jacuzzi offers a mountain view. The pool is large — you can swim all day. However, a swim cap is mandatory. I also want to mention that all the staff — parking attendants, lifeguard at the pool, cleaning staff, and waiters — are extremely kind and polite.
